Melene was a wonderful realtor. She was very proactive in getting all our ducks in order to get a smooth move into our new home. She was very knowledgeable about contractors in the area to help with any repairs or renovations that we needed.

Melene is a real go-getter. When I first called her she was on the ferry. It was late in the day but she wanted to see the yellow house and would be there in 15 minutes.

There were repairs I wanted to get done before I put it on the market and a few things she wanted improved. she started making phone calls and set appointments for a plumber and a remodel expert, soon everything was ready.

I removed all my personal possessions and Melene had a stager set up the house. Next she had a photographer take pictures including the interior of the house and photos and videos of the surrounding area including a video of Clinton at large. The photographer did a great job! Then came the paperwork which was easier accomplished with an email signing.

I never felt pressured by Melene, she was considerate and patient about my pre-computer mentality and kept me informed on a regular basis, answering any questions and providing me with hand copies so I could keep informed. Three offers came and went until the fourth offer which was right. Again papers were signed and closing would happen soon.

She was amazing at helping me narrow down what I was looking for in a first home, and more importantly she was instrumental in helping me wade through the mess of paperwork and deadlines, and deal with a not-so-- great mortgage company.
